Our Blessed Beginnings program is looking for volunteers to assist with watching children 5 and under while their parents attend classes.
Duties will include supervising and engaging in age-appropriate activities to entertain/occupy younger children while their parents attend classes. Coloring books, crayons, and snacks are provided by CCFW. Program training will be provided.·
Requirements
- Attend a Volunteer Orientation.
- Complete volunteer paperwork and pass an annual background check.
- Able to commit a minimum of 2 hours per week.
- Willing to serve at least six months with the opportunity to serve long term.
- Volunteers should be comfortable working with children and be able to perform light physical activity (i.e., lifting, bending, standing on your feet for prolonged periods).
- Attend Blessed Beginnings program training and in person tour.
