Refugee Services provides English instruction for refugee adults and needs volunteers to assist the CCFW staff instructor with teaching ESL. Our volunteers help with a variety of tasks which include helping to team-teach, tutor, provide instructional assistance to students, or assist the instructors with student follow-ups and other class needs. Training and observation time is provided for volunteers who would like to serve with us. All materials and lesson plans are provided. Volunteers should enjoy working with adults who are new to learning English. Classes will take place at an apartment clubhouse in Bedford.
